Officiating Academy 2026 Information and registration

The Townsville Hockey Officiating Academy is a "Development" driven program for all umpires and tech officiating members.

Experienced Mentors and Coordinators assist in growing our officials within a supportive team environment.
All officials wear an Academy shirt and receive feedback after games.

The Academy is open to nominations from new and experienced members. It is the goal of the Officiating Academy to empower and train as many officials as we can in a safe environment. All officials wear the Academy uniform and essentially become the third team of the game.

All non-playing technical officials and umpires must register as a volunteer in RevSport.
